Then again, have just got the latest version of IE, so maybe there's a setting somewhere that I need to change. Odd though, as haven't had anything like this with email etc.
If you don't want to purge all your cookies, you can look in the cookies folder for the specific seibertron cookie. I'm guessing it would contain the word seibertron in it. This way if you have cookies you want to keep you won't be purging them all the time.

Just mentioning an oddity here, but in an unopposed mission I thought you were given a set value of xp and energon depending on your level.
It seems, however, that these two unopposed level 3 missions both gave me different rewards (according to my results display):
