and just to say what i have been thingking too, arcee was in the movie too. remember the bike that was used to shot Blackout from between the legs. that looks like the alt mode of arcee. longarm is clearly that tow truck. but, i miss seeing payload. when did this vehicle showed up?

Well that was the seen that arcee was going to be in before she was cut from the movie if you look at her gallery you will see seibertron recreated the seen.
