Hi,

I've been playiong for a few days now and love it.

My onlyissue is hat whenever I go on missions, the con team always seems to be outnumbered. It would seem as if it might be cool to be able to take my full team of 6 on the same mission together.

Is this somethin gbeing considered for the new version or is there a reason why this is not feasible?

Not feasible because people are liable to use it and their dual accounts to exploit things.

Although im sure i heard (read) OS saying that it may be possible to put more than 1 minion in the same campaign missions in V2.

Cant be sure though, following conversations here is nigh-on impossible.

Shouldn't it be possible to prevent people from having 2 accounts. I played something similar a while back. Same idea, but a gang theme. I recall that they could track how many accounts one had and penalized people who cheated with multiple accounts.

Team based Arena would be cool as well, both, with a bunch of ones own characters, and with faction mates.

I also thought it might be cool to have sub factions. So we could form large teams or like 4 or 5 members and have a battle royale against another team.

And I'm going to have a ban first, ask questions later approach to dual accounts when they are found.

We have these. One per side. The Decepticons have the RDD, and the Autobots have the AWC. There's talk of another one each for the Maximals and Predacons in V2.

In a case like yours you would just need to send me a message and let me know the situation so I can do a little research and make sure things are kosher. I would just re-activate your other account after that. (I am just going to keep yours open Venomous because i know you are legit).

In the past we have said we can't enforce the rules because there are some cases of legitimate duplicates.

In the future we are going to enforce the rules and the legitimate duplicates will just have to go through us in order to play.

Sorry if people don't agree with this approach but if we have rules that aren't enforced then why are they even there? This approach will help keep things that have happened in the past from happening again.

So on the same lines; Black Jack is my housemate who plays and has taken a break but will be returning again for V2.

We both use seperate computers (he only uses his crapple mac) but we use the same wireless network in the house, would that lead to dual account conflicts?

My wife and I will probably also show up as dual accounts, as we share eachothers' computers regularly.

Yeah My 3 roommates and I all have accounts just one computer. The other guys just don't play that often.

It may not be relevant for v2.0, but if at some point in the future, gestals are implimented the way I suggested in another thread, allowing multiple 'bots to join the same mission whould be a requirement.

Not nessicarily. It could be done like how the toys were. Any leg componet can work on any gestalt, any arm can too.So as long as you have four limbs and a torso capable unit, you can have a gestalt in the mission.

or it could be done so that the 5(or 6, or 3, or whatever) components are a communal effort by 5(or 6, or 3, or whatever) players

something like, Blitzfix(me), Bullpen(SWUK), Medicon(dynamax), Universal Migrator(Redimus) and CATalyst(Burn) unite and to form UBER MEDICATOR.
