i have 3 that could be in the level 5+ club, but also i have levels 4, 3 and 2 (only 1, soon level 3 too)... so im not sure which club i fit better xD ^^

hence why i still have 4(1 of em sux but hey)
mission 4 only especially i also prefer 4/5 mission

Same here. 5 of my 7 cons are level 4(the others being 0 and 3). Level 4 is a great level to be at, not too weak to crumble under the higher levels and not overly strong for the lower levels(except l0 and early to mid l1) to be crushed.

Lets see, I got Nine level 4s, 2 level 5s, (that probably shouldn't be.) and 1 level 3. I think that qualifys.
