whole team lost

ok so its been a very long time since i logged in but i can log in. although it seems ive lost my whole team is there a way to recover

What these fantastically useful* mods are utterly failing to explain is a couple of years ago we had a reset (I think it was thanks to Hurricane Katrina, but dont quote me on that, it was a long while ago) and all the teams were wiped.
