In the first movie they state that the cube was on earth for 10,000 years and that Megatron was there for less time then that (did they say 2000 years?). Could it be that the Fallen went with the cube to earth, cause that would tie in with ancient egyptians (or at least precede them) from a time line perspective? And I wonder if Megatron was defeated by the Fallen. It always bothered me that he crash landed in robot mode. Maybe he was beat down in the arctic.

I like the idea of The Fallen beating him, but then why didn't he say anything about why he got frozen?

I was thinking because he was aware the cube was right near him and was making his first priority to get the cube.

I reckon it was after Megatron came to Earth (relatively soon after the cube and like in shows in the comic he landed on ice having no concept of what it was and fell in) that later TFs -The Fallen and/or others- will have come here searching for the all spark

Optimus Prime launched the All Spark into space after creating a diversion for Megatron. This was established in the prequel comic. Once Megatron realized the cube was gone he went after it. The Decepticons from the movie set off after Megatron using Blackout to track him.

Nothing about The Fallen was mentioned or talk about.

The Allspark wasnt found in Egypt it was found in Colorado River and last time I checked no Egyptians made it into what is now the middle of the US.

Megatron got frozen because he overheated during entry into the atmosphere and the drastic temperature change of the Artic sent him into stasis lock.
