In an article that documents the filming sequences of the climactic battle of Transformers Revenge of the Fallen, USA Today managed to capture the essence of the film Director Michael Bay's handling of the cast and crew and the way the crew reacted and complied with him.

Image

From calling Josh Duhamal a *bleeping* pansy, to telling a pizza delivery guy to "Get those *bleeping* pizzas the *bleep* out of here!!!", we get a good look at the intensity and focus of the filming of the action film.

Check out the article by clicking here.

If that first pic is of the combined form it sucks. Prime just gets fat and gets spiky things on his legs.

Prime looks cool, but I guess he's missing his wings.

I guess it would be freaking fantastic to be in front of the pyramids, super cool

Thats Prime after the battle.

He basically shed the weapons and the wings after and thats just him with the 'extra armour' i guess.

ok guess I'm missing out on something here...

I see a picture of Optimus and the Sphinx..

I see a picture of Jetfire and a few humans...

I DO NOT see a combined pic of the two!!!

and I don't know if it's just hard to judge the scale from the tiny tiny pic, but I don't think the humans can fit in the cockpit that makes up Jetfires forehead!!!

That's a perfect metaphor for the movie in my humble opinion. Bloated with unnecessary appendages.

Seriously, I have never felt so dejected and disenfranchised in my life. I wont waste my money further lining anyone's pockets with relation to this film.

He's got some pretty far-out powers to go along with them, too, including teleportation, the projection of trippy telepathic visions and illusions, and the ability to groove on the language of 98% of all known species. To uses his powers to the fullest, though, he's gotta be feelin' good vibrations; bad karma can seriously harsh his mellow, y'know?

its not all that bad guys! this movie will be good I have full confidence, the toy line will be a little worse but the toys are never as good as the movie. the movie will be better than dinobots and junkicons dancing to dare to be stupid, while they greet each other with ba weep grana weep nini bon :P

I think we are forgetting where we came from, the g1 series is full of animation mistakes and characters coming from no where!

I personally view the new movies from the perspective of somebody else's point of view. even though Michael Bay is creep I appreciate what he has done with the transformers :-B

I accept the fat prime :APPLAUSE:

but i still dont like skids and mudflap :P

There has GOT to be a BUNCH of missing stuff in that 'combined' image.

And, seeing Jetfire up close like that, I can officially state I hate his fugly face. No shocker, there's only a couple of faces in the films I don't mind/like, but still. Uggo.

I feel the writer's strike, or conflict with Star Trek may have hurt this movie, it's not the writing is bad, It just peters out as soon as Sam hits college. Then everything just becomes a clusterbomb of jock humour, assplosions and grrbots on roids.

Yup I was right:

Screenwriting was interrupted by the 2007–2008 Writers Guild of America strike, but to avoid production delays the writers spent two weeks writing a treatment, which they handed in the night before the strike began,[11] and Bay expanded the outline into a sixty-page scriptment,[12] fleshing out the action, adding more jokes,[11] as well as selecting the majority of new characters.[13]

No, seriously, that IS combined Prime.

As i said its after the fight with the Fallen. About 5 seconds before that pose he detatches the frikkin huge arm cannons and jet engines from his back. You can see he's still bulked up from the extra armour and bigger legs.

Actually if theyve done anything its spent time watching Movies.

Prime, Sideswipe and Bumblebee seem to have take a love for Martial Arts films (seriously, all 3 kick hand to hand ass) while the Twins seem to have been watching Bad Boys on a continuous Loop.

I have confidence in this movie as with the first movie. Same with the toys, though.... I don't keep them in the boxes and cards, I take them-- *shuts up*

I actually bought and read the paper today, and it also had an article on Tyrese. He said he was very happy doing these films, as they open noew doors in his career. He also mentioned his duet on the soundtrack.
