I bought a copy today where Megatron doesn't call for the Decepticons during the Forest Battle, anyone else have this version?

I have another copy that I borrowed from a friend where he does call for them.

In mine, he does call, but the forest battle is longer than the theatrical version. I just assumed this was for all DVDs.

Different stores had different versions. IIRC, Walmart had the Imax/extended scenes version.

Maybe it's simply a Technical glitch.
