I'm tired of hunting these figures out. At first I wasn't going to get Bumblebee as I'm a huge fan of the original Classics figure and not really into BB himself. But, given his place in the franchise, and the fact that this is an official VW figure too and that he'd probably be really pricy to get later on I figured "why not?" Plus I got Botcon Bugbite last year so that mold still has a place in my collection in that form.
Glad I did. He's a nice, tidy, TF. I didn't pick up Cliffy since I am not down for replacing the GDO figure I still like, so this is my only experience with the mold. And it's not bad. It's a shame about the partsforming, but the overall look sells me on it despite that.
Wish I found him in person, but them's the breaks sometimes.

Yeah, it seems like they blew the paint budget and figured it was good enough as it is.
Still like it, though.
Wolfman Jake wrote:I already got Netflix Bumblebee (and all of the Wave 2 Deluxes) without much issue. Saw them all multiple times in store leading up to Xmas. What has been scarce is the Wave 2 Voyager sets. I think half of the Walmarts in my area got one or two cases each, which is 2x Soundwave and 2x Optimus Prime. Never found Soundwave, but managed to get an Optimus Prime before they were all gone in a matter of days.

My friend want a ER Optimus but he don't want to pay for that cheap-ass trailer. So his best option is the Netflix one.
No way of knowing in Quebec since Walmarts have their toy sections cut off due to government regulation. But I did get mine before the lockdown, yes, so they were around.
Lockdowns or not, my local Walmart never, ever bothered having any Netflix figures in stock.
That sucks, dude.
