According to comments from people at TFW who went to Botcon... yes, they are smaller, more like big scouts than small deluxes... which sucks! I would prefer to pay more to have them at scale if increasing production/distribution costs are the issue behind shrunken figures since DOTM (see, there is no mechtech there to be the "excuse" now... ¬_¬')
