What price do you consider not ridiculous?Overcracker wrote:I know its pretty much impossible for it to happen, since he's not actually an original Headmaster but I'd kill for a re-release of TR Blitzwing.
He seems to not be available anywhere for any price that isn't ridiculous.

Don't get me wrong, I like WFC Astrotrain, but I wonder why he was chosen to get a new toy again so quickly, especially with no signs of a new Octane or Blitzwing any time soon.

And their decos are all different too.-Kanrabat- wrote:So, those reissues use the "toon accurate" Takara heads? Well, at least they made them different.

I was thinking more those that haven't gotten the reissue and SS attention, like Misfire, Triggerhappy, Slugslinger. I figured since there are just those 3, they could be released the same way, just don't call them headmasters on the packaging, since originally they weren't.Emerje wrote:Still trying to wrap my brain around the vintage box art with new heads drawn on them.Rodimus Prime wrote:Anyway, back to the reissues. Only reason why the Headmasters worked is because they updated the entire run of characters as Headmasters (minus the Jrs, maybe in 2022). Doing the Targetmasters would be strange since they're also still Headmasters, and they only did the Decepticons plus the same Autobot characters they're doing in SS. I don't see how it could work. Maybe SS86 Hot Rod, Kup, and Blur with Seige Battlemasters could happen.

Just Brainstorm (retooled from Blurr) and Chromedome, really. So far, the beasts remain unique molds, with Skullcruncher only having a confirmed alternate head as Krok.
