I dunno why because that IDW Blurr is awesome.
Now to find it in store....

Were that many people hoping for Zechs Merquise Armada Blurr ? I really had no idea what this was going to be, but I'll admit IDW Blurr was a surprise, since that continuity is dead (though to be honest I have no idea if Blurr is in the currently ending IDW, or if so what he even looks like).
But I'll admit, although I have no interest, it is a pretty effective retool. Usually with so many reuses you just get repaints, but SS86 Blurr used 3 times, having 3 unique heads, and additional tooling is pretty noteworthy.

Hopefully this does mean that IDW2005 designs are not off the table for future lines, even for other legacy characters. I got '86 Blurr earlier in the year, so I don't need this one, but happy for the folks who like it! Looking forward to reveals for the rest of the figures from this line.

I thought there was a good chance for a more traditional toy / Marvel Blurr alongside Cyclonus, Springer, and Impactor, so I'm disappointed I can't build out that shelf more. I'm not mad though, love to see IDW get some love.
Where's my Flamewar tho

The excitement for an Amrada Blurr was two fold. Firstly, there are UT fans out there (I mean there better be, Hasbro is going all out for that group with a Titan this year) and secondly, G1 fans were hoping that this mold would be our first look at the Point Blank mold.
I personally like this release, it will make a more accurate recreation of that Wrecker splash page from All Hail Megatron (can't believe I sold my Drift )
