Cosmos and Blurr interested me mainly. I actually grabbed all 5, but on the way to the register my financial responsibility sense acted up so I left the others. I was going to use Road Rocket as my G1 Override, but the differences in deco were too great.ZeroWolf wrote:Sounds about right. Did you get any of them?

Not yet, they're still boxed. I plan on freeing them later today after work. I also got BuzzWorthy Cliff and the creature 4-pack last night (another reason I didn't buy all 5, my budget is getting stretched) and they took priority.ZeroWolf wrote:Have you had much chance to handle Cosmos and Blurr?

It sure doesn't help that Burn Out's Hasbro Pulse product description uses male pronouns, despite the guys in the livestream that unveiled Burn Out using female pronouns.D-Maximal_Primal wrote:Sabrblade wrote:Burn Out is a she.
Apologies, I forgot about that. My brain wants to auto-default that Burnout and Lift-Ticket are dudebro partners. Need to remember they are a dude/lady partners pair!

If official Hasbro product info refers to him, then it's a male, unless Hasbro admits it's a mistake and corrects it. Otherwise the guys in the livestream were mistaken.Sabrblade wrote:It sure doesn't help that Burn Out's Hasbro Pulse product description uses male pronouns, despite the guys in the livestream that unveiled Burn Out using female pronouns.D-Maximal_Primal wrote:Sabrblade wrote:Burn Out is a she.

The guys in the livestream used female pronouns for Road Rocket, who was originally male, and then so too did the Hasbro Pulse product description for Road Rocket use female pronouns. That shows a clear change in the character's gender. The original Burn Out was a mech with both a female pilot and a female AI.Rodimus Prime wrote:If official Hasbro product info refers to him, then it's a male, unless Hasbro admits it's a mistake and corrects it. Plus, the guys in the livestream were Burn Out's designers, the ones who made her toy.
