Well, there's an obvious canon choice: Doing him in blue as Metrotank.Evil Eye wrote:Rodimus Prime wrote:I wish we could get a bunch of different colored Slammers. This guy was made for troop building.
Agreed 100%. Not sure what colours I'd go for but I can imagine the old High Moon games providing some inspiration, the generics in that were very cool.

Transformation is involved but intuitive, much like Core Class Starscream. I should mention that like most Core sized car Transformers, the ease of Hot Rod's transformation will factor on how tight the ball joints are, as that can make things easier or harder. Overall, Hot Rod is a fine figure and a great addition to your Core Class collection.

I ask myself why TF figures are getting smaller and smaller...

Only seeing him win Target's website but not Amazon.

I have a link to the Listing, but no pre-orders and a 3rd party seller is the only one currently selling at a ridiculous markup for a figure that is about to hit retail.

You should at least be able to put it in your watch list and wait for Amazon to get some in stock.

From everything we've seen, he's still the same "Pocket-size but too big to be used with the older pocket-size versions of characters" that the Legends class became circa 2013 and continues to be when used for pocket-size versions of characters instead of as a replacement for the old Basic/Scout class.

You know, I'm actually very curious how the parts count differs between CW Legends Hot Rod and Kingdom Core Hot Rod because I feel like the Kingdom figure is much more complex. And for basically the same price since most major retailers haven't taken these past the $10 mark yet.
