Viral's sig is awesome, but you can't have two pictures in your sig except for onsite smiles. It's against the rules. I'd dump the robot and keep the Afro Samurai sig. Afro is bad ass. And yeah it was Cybertron where he just started kicking the **** out of both factions and Primus.

The fact that Starscream's voice is almost impossible to imitate only means that he's very unique.

Couldn't agree, more. I'm sure the show would have been better off, with her having an entirely different character direction.

Sounds almost like the Underbase Saga from the Marvel comics.

I always thought it would be fun to imagine what a G1 cartoon adaptation of the Underbase Saga would have been like. You'd see Starscream write off characters like; Ultra Magnus, Springer, (Say goodbye Wheelie! ), Metroplex, Trypticon, and (how's this for a bit of irony?) Galvatron!

Galvatron: Die you worthless piece of slag!

Galvatron blasts away at the Underbase Starscream. His blasts become more and more frantic and desparate as he slowly come to the realization of how futile his actions are.

Underbase Starscream: You destroyed me once Galvatron, but I've gotten better!

Galvatron (as he's destroyed by Underbase energy): AAAAAAGHH!

I'd pay money to see that. But it would make for better revenge if Starscream took his sweet time and made Galvatron REALLY hate his life for the last... oh, say, five or six minutes before said life ends.

What is Underbase? I never got to read that comic.

Some kind of power source of supreme uberness, I think.

That's nothing compared to when he stole the Creation Matrix (the 80's comic book had it from the beginning and it was different then the cartoon Matrix slightly) from Optimus Prime and fused himself into the Decepticon Warworld. He became in effect a living planet weapon, much like the Death Star. Unfortiantly it also started to change his personality and make me good.

The thing about that is alot of those charectors returned from the dead as Actionmasters, Pretenders or were resurrected in Generation 2. But yeah Starscream cut a bloody swathe threw both factions in the comic books. In England he wasn't considered cowardly in the least, the comics over there portray him as one of the most feared Decepticons alive. Often times his mere prescense on the battle field was enough to make Autobots flee in terror. Simon Furman brought this unadulterated bad assery to his run on the US Marvel Comics (while still writing the UK Marvel Comics.)

The fact that they returned doesn't alter the fact that what Starscream accomplished counts as copious amounts of whoopass.

Starscream is more gentle than both Prime and other leaders and feminine. He has a soft side to him unlike Prime or Megs. Women like feminine looking boys like Brad Pitt. I have even heard that in the French version of G1 was voiced by a woman therefore he was femmebot in their culture? He was also a good leader who like Prime and Megs waits for his men to come in before him. I haven't seen that with Galvy though..

As much as Ilike G1 Starscream, I do wish he was like that in the comics, but I think Armada did justice to a very good Starscream.

I dont like anything about him..
