I wonder what has happened to guys like Jolt, Skids and Mudflap? Before watching Dark of the Moon, I thought "I didn't really get to see Jolt in Revenge of the Fallen, maybe we'll see more of him in Dark of the Moon." But no, it's worst, he's not even in the movie! What happened? He didn't die, I didn't see him going back to Cybertron?! What could have possibly happened to Skids and Mudflap? 2 funny guys and possibly the main cast of Revenge of the Fallen! Yet, their gone! If there is a 4th movie, Michael Bay needs to bring them back.

I heard that Jolt was killed in the prequel comic (by Shockwave, I think). The twins were supposed to be in DOTM, being killed off alongside Ironhide. But for some reason Bay and crew decided to cut out their parts completely during production.

Who cares!? WTF happened to Mojo!? That tiny little bastard was in the first 2 movies, then he just disappeared! Why, why did they have to take you!?

Jolt, like KingEmperor Said, is dead, as far as the Comics say. But Barricade died in the comics too, so, comeback? Maybe, but in just bot mode, He was basically a walking product placement and nothing else. I would have loved to see him fleshed out in DOTM. Same for Arcee and Elita-1. Both died during the Prequel Comics as well.
BTW, Bay can't bring them back in TF 4, because He won't be directing it, We don't even know if it exists yet, but whoever the new director will be, there is very little hope for the twins to have any screen time. If the Director told the animators to animate them again however, I would love to see a strike saying, "We Made them! You Don't cut them out!" Deal or no deal...

We see skids and mudflap in dotm for a second or two. But they were cut out, Jolt was only put into rotf to promote the chevy volt. and thats it, they didn't originally plan that character, and once they promoted it with the few screens of which jolt had, they decided to throw him away as he had no soul purpose whatsoever. and presumably killed by Shockwave or someone, like stated above.

Arcee was only there for a second as well in DOTM. =/ I really wish they would of brought her more in. And they took Ratchet out like half way during the movie and only left him vehicle mode. Not once did he transformer =/

This topic has been covered so many times, I'm surprised this thread isn't locked yet.

I can't imagine it would have been that hard to have an Optimus voiceover that said, "We have fought with the Humans, and lost some of our own, as they have." Bam, all the missing characters accounted for.

When was Arcee in DOTM? And Arcee made about 4 appearances in ROTF, each for more than one second.

Ratchet never transformed in ROTF? He was never in robot mode? You're too silly
1. He was there fighting off Starscream and Megatron after Optimus died
2. He transformed when he, Ironhide, Jolt, and Sideswipe were being arrested/attacked by the N.E.S.T humans
3. He was in robot mode during the battle in Egypt
4. He was there commanding Jolt to "Electrify" the dead Jetfire to combine with Optiums Prime. Here are a few pics

I'm pretty sure Ratchet was in robot mode in the Chicago battle which was more towards the end.

LadyBug is talking about ROTF, not DOTM...it's pretty obvious he was in robot mode in DOTM, because he went to the moon with Optimus to retrieve Sentinel...

Jolt I haven't seen in the movie and barricade you didn't see die,but was in the movie. Arcee, Elita 1, and chromia weren't killed in comics they died in ROTF. I did see Skids and Mudflap's vehicle mode in that scene where they drive into the Autobot hanger, but I would have loved tosee them try to survive in DOTM! And as for the the chance of a TF4 movie, I can't see how no Megatron, no Starscream, and even no Shockwave! Also, I wouldn't want to see another TF movie if Michael Bay isn't directing it!!!
