I take this statement back.
As far as design and everything encompassed in that term, it is very hard to beat Human Alliance Jazz. That figure is pretty close to being in the Masterpiece league IMO.

That's a better gentle giant than mine. As for vector prime, I nevet watched the show so I really was relying on visuals alone. Interesting how they also end up being representative of the character himself.
