Mine was Cybertron Starscream but I sold him. Now it's either MP Optimus Prime or Armada Unicron (I've never actually compared their sizes).

I seem to have quite a few large TF's but Unicron is just about the biggest followed by Headmaster Skorponok,MP prime,MP Megatron,G1 Metoplex,Cybertron prime(he's bigger when he has wing saber attached),RID prime,MP Grimlock & Mp Skywarp !
Maybe it's because i'm all grown up that i love my larger TF's more than my smaller one's
