I think this was suggested once a long time ago, but howabout a Spark Surge assault.
If you only have 1% of energy left, your next move (if you make it to your next move) will release a burst of energy against all opponents like a strafe, then it automatically stasis locks your mech.

Since lvl 0 repair is free I'd like to see the repair for lvl 1 be 100 energon and then go from there to the other levels.

I'd like to be able to reset my mission/arena win percentage. Would make finding a good set up a little easier.
Also, if you "kill" off a character and replace him, its a good way to start anew.

Yes, it is suggested from time to time, and they were in the game for a test-time as enemies, represented by Overcharge (Blitzwings repaint - it could change to tank to ram and strafe or airplane to avoid) Not sure what the current development of them is or if they are in plan.

What about something more simple - like listing the equipped weapon on the view team page (http://www.seibertron.com/heavymetalwar/team_view.php?id=20054). Would go a long way to managing whom has what.

I'd also like to see less Pred Mission for the Autobots at 8am-930am Pac Time. We get flooded with Pred missions and 90% of the time there arent any Preds in them.
Its just a waste of time in my opinion. Cutting them by 50% and adding Con missions would be more useful.

Ditto with Maximal missions, but all day long. At most, they have 0-3 max's in them 90% of the time.
Also, I'd like to see gadgets have strafe or avoid added to them. Repair alone makes them virtually useless.

They're not generated on a regular timer. They generate whenever a bot or con goes into the missions and there isn't any available for them. It's why Red, Rat Convoy, and some others, have been begging and pleading to get a rewrite so that Autobots and Decepticons can not generate Beast missions.

Good idea - only generate Beast missions when a Beast character hits missions page. It would prevent Bots and Cons from pre-flooding the missions given their higher numbers. What about Beast VS Beast? Would they generate against each other and agasint the Elder Factions? If the Fuzzies are having a good hour they could just as easily outnumber the Squishes and vice versa.

Additional Request
Just to make managing resets at these lower levels easier, it would be good if the custom color of the alt-mode icon was preserved between resets. Since the custom color is changed on the edit character page (where the character bio / quote is maintained) and not the upgrade character page (where the alt mode, stats, and tactics are selected) it would make managing easier.
Alternatively, move the custom color widget to the upgrade character page and provide it once an alt-mode has been selected.

The stat banners (Autbots vs Decepticons missions / arena wins) work as-is, but what about a separate page which renders stats for all factions vs. all factions? Update it hourly / daily / whenever so it doesn't hog server resources. Simple 4x4 matrices showing area and mission statistics is all to start.

Used to work that way, but hasn't been redone for some reason.
The mods also used to be able to 'weight' the missions, affecting their likelihood of being generated, but I never liked that system. How can you have 30 missions each with a 10% chance of being generated? It didn't really make sense.
I've been pondering something that might be interesting - having the missions generated be proportional to your enemy factions. So the Autobots would be most likely to generate missions against the Decepticons, and least likely to generate missions against the Predacons.
On the other hand though, Predacons would be most likely to generate missions against the Bots (who we can never outnumber), and least likely to generate missions against the Maximals (personally, my preferred opponents) so you might wind up with a net improvement of zero.

Not a serious idea, b/c although it intuitively makes sense, I have a feeling it wouldn't work out so well in reality.

the only problem with that (aside from it being totally sensible) is that the maximals DO outnumber you, so you'd have to have it based on activity, which i would imagine would require killing the server to check.
i think the best way of doing it would be to have the preds maximal able to generate missions against everyone, the preds only against the Geewuns, and the geewuns only against one another. but we'd need to have a mod willing to change it up as the faction proportions change, if they do.

What if a simple increment / decrement system was put in place like when you're counting cards in Blackjack to track activity? It's an extremely minor hit on server performance at the time of a join to a mission.
Increments / decrements could occur based on (a) wins / losses, (b) as characters join missions, (c) known high activity periods (which can be re-calculated weekly, preserving performance), etc. Naturally this isn't enough to go and write code - but a thought.

To not just request but praise features, the weapon stockpile limit is proving quite useful to balance things at these lower levels. It's forcing those who gobbled up the better Level 0 weapons to now re-sell as they upgrade.
