I'm back on BD, just got the Black Knight job. Going head to Vampire Castle, equip the growth egg and pop everyone up to lvl 14 real quick. I may have a problem. Hi, my name is Cary and I love to grind.

True. I decided to show my Vita some love this week and packed it instead of my 3DS. Immediately regretted it. I spent a lot of time on the ps store trying to find a substitute.Shadowman wrote:carytheone wrote:some bunk about Bravely Default and grinding
Considering Bravely Default is a love letter to classic Final Fantasy, if you hated grinding, you would have quit it ages ago.
Hey, I had a Saturn too, and STILL have NiGHTscarytheone wrote:I've never played a Pokemon game. Just one of those things I missed out on. I've played similar style games. Those nendoroids look awesome; I've always like the look of pokemon.
I think I worked in the elec dept of WM when Pokemon hit. I was too busy with the sega Saturn at the time and other "grown" folk games![]()
In other whatcha playin' news. I've just started playing A Boy and his Blob on ps4/vita. It's a re-release of the wii remake of the nes game.
And in even bigger what I'm not playing news; we cancelled our trip to Pax south. Neither of us was felling it and decided to put that money on a new car opportunity that popped up. But, I'm working on a stag trip to botcon. Still need to finalize all the deets.
My head just ins't in the game, my wife isn't a gamer and come to find out we were both just doing it for the other person - old married peopleitscramtastic wrote:AND NO to PAX?! What the French toast?!
Not quite as sexy, wasn't really in the market but we couldn't pass this up. But a pic is worth a thousand words.New car, eh? Better be a Fairlady Z....

It took 3 days to remember/figure out what the hell was going on and what I was doing. I'm getting back into the groove, but also remembering why I stopped playing the first time.![]()
It's kinda boring and that's a shame. There is a butt load of things to do, the game is huge and well fleshed out, combat is decent and has a somewhat deep combo system of mix and match and surprisingly the game runs surprisingly fine on the PS3. It's like the game has everything that should make it a great game, but it's just mediocre at best. I just can't put a finger on it, but the game is just lacking...

I'm feeling something with a traditional RPG feel, but with a splash of sci-fi flavor. I think what I'm looking for is just around the corner. My much hyped and anticipated game, No Man's Sky. They have finally announced a release date of June 21st.
