I know that people have read rumors and had discussions about which bot gets slagged, but what I really want to know is what human dies. In the 2 min trailer you see Sam saying to Prime, "This isn't my war." (:49 in). He's dress all in black and they are in a cemetery. So who gets killed? His mom? Dad? Since he's not all jacked-up it's probably a good guess that this happens earlier in the film. I took a screen shot, but for some reason it won't attach.

According to the few movie novels that are out, Bumblebee picks Sam up at college and tells him that Prime needs to talk to him about the NEST stuff, the graveyard is just a meeting place.
