A couple of picture of him. The head's a smidgen too big, and he's gotta lean forward, so it looks a bit akward. But for these molds, that's par for the course. I dunno, maybe he wants to actually live up to the title of 'emirate' and gets an upgrade?

I don't recall - what's the normal head like on Impactor? Is it connected on a ball joint? Primus knows over the years I've acquired a lot of spare heads. Maybe one of them would fit nice enough.

I'm good with him being a deluxe. it sure beats the FOC Impactor most people are currently using which was also a deluxe. Would a voyager have been nice ? Sure it would. But sometimes the commander doesn't have to be as big as his brutes. (Roadbuster and Whirl) After all he is the brains of the operation, not the brawn. Additionally, he will scale nicely with Mech Ideas Topspin and Twin Twist.

I'd rather the harpoon was spring-loaded with a thread attached to be honest, since that's a feature the character has used before. I don't recall him ever firing tiny little plastic balls at anyone in the comics.
