Hopefully its not another Optimus or Bumblebee. It looks small like a Deluxe or smaller.
It looks like a Powermaster or Headmaster. The sculpt in the forearms look like a MT designer made it.

getting a Pretender inner robot vibe from it as much as anything else.
assembling a Neo-G1/TF:TM cast. Please PM if you have (or know of) the following at a reasonable price: Classics or Henkei Astrotrain, Sunstreaker, Sideswipe, or 3rd Party iGear Ratchet and Ironhide.
