Definite
+ Drift, Generations deluxe -- Don't care about the character's bad rep. The toy kicks ass.
+ WfC BB, Generations deluxe -- I love the designs in-game but BB is the only one that looks great as a toy so far.
+ Red Alert, Generations deluxe -- Quirky personality + cool modes = definitely buying.
+ Blur, Generations deluxe -- His IDW Spotlight reboots the character with a personality as cool as his looks.
Maybe
+ Ultra Magnus, Animated leader -- Despite never having seen the show, I'm really impressed with many of the designs (like the Grimlock voyage).
+ Sideswipe, HftD deluxe -- I dunno if BayBots really have a place on my shelf. But if they do, the first will definitely be Corvette Sideswipe.
+ Banzaitron, Generations voyager -- This guy is a neat bot but I'm not a fan of the alt mode.
+ Seaspray, Generations voyager -- He's pretty cool but whenever I consider picking him up I just think "meh."
+ Thrust, Generations deluxe -- Although I much prefer the original Seekers, Thrust is pretty cool for a Conehead . . . and that mans I'd have to pick up . . .
+ Dirge, Generation deluxe -- He's not as cool looking as Thrust but without him Thrust would be lonely.
+Hasbro Masterpiece Grimlock -- The only reason that this bot isn't under "definite" is that I cant be sure if I can find him at a reasonable price.

Universe 2.0
Ratbat (packaged w/Springer) --- my favorite Decepticon next to Skywarp, and I love this mold
Overkill --- my fav of the 3 exclusive Decepticons. any T-Rex Decepticon is a must-have for me
Onslaught --- love the big shield, and how bulky he looks compared to his slender G1 appearance
Skyfall --- loved the black/red color scheme on the jet, and he was another that slipped by me
Tankor --- thinly-disguised Octane homage, with a weird weapon. Wanted him in-store, never got a chance
Movie 1
Leader Deep Desert Brawl --- actually bought him once, but he was missing parts, so I returned him
Recon Barricade --- I love the blue frenzy in this repaint
Barricade (Allspark Blue Repaint) --- I have the Allspark Blue Brawl, so I need both to complement
Dropkick --- after his part in Veiled Threat, he's a character high on my list
Payload --- same deal with Dropkick, he was the heavily-armored badass in Veiled Threat
Swindle --- one of my favorite characters all-around, and I actually really like the lens-head drones
Jungle Bonecrusher --- I really like the story concept behind this repaint, and it looks better imo
Incinerator (Allspark Blue Repaint) --- awesome fig, and I always liked the bright blue on this
Starscream (G1 Repaint) --- to complement my Movie 1 Thundercracker & ROTF Skywarp in this mold
ROTF
Nebular Starscream --- really liked this dark repaint, thought the turquoise & black looked great
Grindor --- actually liked his grey & gold colors a lot better than Blackout, especially his crest
Trenchmouth --- my fav repaint of the wolverine scout, in almost Dead End colors
Deadlift --- really loved the Dirt Boss scout, and I like the orange on this one
Burning Fallen --- saw him in Target up close once, really dug the translucent orange on him
War for the Skies Legends pack (particularly for Spinister) --- reminds me of a copter Skywarp
Straightaway Shootout Legends pack (particularly for Sparkcrusher) --- such a badass name
Titaniums
3" Titanium Deep Desert Brawl (in 2-pack) --- almost bought him a billion times, he's gone now tho
3" Titanium Blackout (in 2-pack) --- more for collectors' sake, nowhere near as cool as 3" Dead End
Titanium Menasor (the Rodimus repaint) --- hard to imagine scale looking at rodimus, but he's cool
Titanium War Within Thundercracker --- my favorite Seeker design (excepting possibly the Skywarp repaint on the BM Jetstorm mold for Universe 1.0)
HTFD
Leader Starscream --- don't think anyone would need to explain their reasons for wanting this fig
Payload --- I'm a sucker for bright yellow repaints, and yellow/purple is my fav combo
Sideways Red Repaint (packaged in 2-pack, I forgot who with) --- I'm actually getting this next
Hailstorm --- just pure pwnage, with those scores of missiles and his gorilla bodyframe
Desert Ruins Brawl --- for the hideous brawl repaint, gotta have it
