Mizu just recently arrived from Cybertron, from an area that contained the higher-class Transformers. She is very talented in underwater fighting and scouting. It is usually surprising, then, to discover Mizu is a bit... sheltered. ("What is a Deceptibutt? Is that a new kind of Decepticon?")
Still, her blue body and deep-violet fins & optics serve to mask the shock when confronted by something contrary to her sometimes naïve beliefs.
[Mizu is the second of only two femme-bots of the team. Fortunately for Siron, since this means less competition for Circe, the male-to-female ratio has dropped to 2:1 from 4:1.]
