Skystorm's Bio

Skystorm is basically powered by wind and weather. His engines are only functional in the wind, and he has the ability to use whatever weather condition that is nearby as a power (For example, acid rain would give him the power of a Rainmaker). He has a glitch in his processor that makes him refer to himself as "we".
