Bigbadtoystore.com has posted a preorder for Masterpiece Starscream on their website, which can be seen here. Bigbadtoystore.com included the following information on the preorder page:

"Please be aware that this listing is SUBJECT TO CHANGE. Takara has not yet officially announced the release of this item, but our sources and various other sources all agree that this fantastic figure will be released in the fall. We do not know the exact price of this item, so the $109.99 price listed above MAY CHANGE IN THE FUTURE, once we know the exact cost of the item. We will apply our standard fair and reasonable pricing for this item as we do with other Takara Transformers, and update all orders if needed. You may cancel your order at anytime, without penalty, if the price does change - no problems there.

The photo above is a teaser card which is supposedly packaged inside the box of the late March release THS-02 Convoy. Starscream looks to have similar hands to the Masterpiece Prime - each with separate moveable fingers, also notice the crown! Vehicle mode looks more realistic than ever before and robot mode equally awesome. We are unsure of the scale of the figure or how tall he will stand when compared to Masterpiece Prime. We are looking forward to this superb release and will post more news as it becomes available."

PS-They mention it is not officially announced, but this still is looking good that they back it. They haven't been wrong about anything yet.
