Missing Link C-01N Nemesis Prime Revealed and Available for Pre-Order

Recently Takara Tomy teased an upcoming Nemesis Prime repaint of Missing Link Convoy only for a Taiwanese store to offer it shortly after. But now Amazon Japan has begun taking pre-orders along with a full gallery for the latest Missing Link repaint. Takara Tomy is selling this as a sort of "what if" for G1 collectors, for a time when Nemesis Prime didn't exist yet (instead favoring Autobot Black Convoy in 2000). Nemesis comes with all the same accessories that C-01 Convoy came with, but with some clever renaming. The Energon Axe is now the Executioner Axe, Roller is now Giza (like his previous transforming swords), the Matrix is now the Heart of Cybertron, the Ion Canon is now a Fusion Canon, and the repair drone is being called the "Proton Scourge", a nod to the alternate name for Nemesis Prime.

Nemesis Prime is set for release at the end of February with Amazon currently listing a price of ¥17,380, though that price will certainly see a drop over the next few weeks. Like with our pair of Arcee releases coming up soon this is the sort of release that will fit in easily with strictly G1 collections.
