Interesting to note is that the new Leader Class Bumblebee is reusing some parts from the Human Alliance Bumblebee figure, particularly the head. There are also other observations noted in the figure, especially one with the chest and also other parts of the legs and arm cannon.
And also posted in the same article, pictures of Deluxe Starscream in all angles in alternate mode.

The chest junk colour doesn't match the rest of him.
Legs are seriously out of proportion.
Monkey arms.
Pass.

That said, I'm not loving the canon arm and the different tone on his chest area.
Also, he's totally out of scale with every other TF. Likely pass for me.

Don't see how it makes BB more "heroic" or whatever.

The chestpiece is present on the "real" movie BB, but I think this is the first time Hasbro has made the effort to put it into a figure. I believe the chest armor is slightly behind the spilt front bumper, and the headlights angle out differently from the bumper sections. Honestly though, this really is one of the best adaptations they have done of BB. If they could make the shoulders look less bulky- maybe by having the hood pieces fold under or something- and fix the headlights, the fig would be near perfect. I wonder if the lights are arranged that way for the standard electronic feature that Leader class figs have.
