Oh wow, look at all them Combiners. And you can get the missing man separately. Except Long Haul...

Airachnid looks far better here than as the Deluxe.

Hope we get a few more non-G1 non-Prime bots down the line.

Yay, an Airachnid I'll buy!
Actually loving KREO now! This and Bot Shots makes for some pretty cheap collecting!
Dirge reminds me of Spaceshot now, and will Blast-Off and the other combiner bots be able to combine with their gestalt brothers?
Oh, and I'm sad Inferno isn't the Beast Wars Pred. That guy deserves some toy love if Waspy gets some.
Another oh, when are thse guys slated for release?

I've been pretty jealous of my friend who's been getting lego mini figures, so finally, something to keep up with him with.

Seriously... they release 4 out of 5 bots in the combiner pack, and then they release the fifth individually? THAT's cheap, Hasbro...

Scorponox isn't quite as bad as Predicus.

I thought after the weak showing of second series sets, Kre-o was done for sure. I'm glad I was wrong. For the most part these all look really cool. I don't care for all the added kibble on the Kreons, but I'm really loving these figures. I can't wait to get my hands on that Scorponok.

Most of us who grew up with G1, the great debate was whether Rumble was Blue or Red and where Frenzy fitted into the argument.

The next generation had the great debate of what was better, a Truck or a Monkey.

The following generation didn't have a debate, but their Optimus Prime wasn't a plain red truck and could have won the Nobel Peace Prize, no, their Optimus has flames and likes to collect faces!

Now this generation, the age group these little guys are aimed at, will not be able to talk to the older generations because all the character names are getting messed up! So yes, it matters! Think of the children! Image

Goooo!!!

Mucho wantage! I love how Warpath just looks like Ironhide after someone's run him through with a pipe. And then's fallen over. :D Also impressed that they've tried to diversify the appearance of the Aerialbots.

History of Transformers according to an Australian.
Accurate enough!Image

Is it maybe that the Scorponok name is associated with the movie creature, which means kids might get confused now that he has a face?

Or it might just be first year marketing students and their amazing literacy.
Which goes hand in hand with the skills of amateur stock photographers and showcase display interns.

That Scorponok… I’m getting weak in the knees.
And more Spinister love? Oh my goose, I may be looking more forward to these than the FoC toys.

Give me a Krok and i'll buy you dinner, Kre-O designers!

..I assumed when we had only the name to go by that Crankstart was infact Crankcase, but as he isn't blue and doesn’t have an orange face.. I assume it’s someone else.
But the only Crankstart I can think of off the top of my noggin is a RotF Scout.

I like that they are innovating the brand and branching out. However, this was the move to make me do a 180 and walk away. Mini-figs were eventually going to draw me in as they were. This is the opposite of what I wanted. I'm okay with that. I need less to buy.

I see myself buying a WHOLE bunch of these puppies. Galvatron, Waspinator, Bludgeon, Springer, a combiner or two... so damn cool.

SOLD! I must have the all! "Predacus" is probably lowest on my list though, I don't have much love for Predaking like some of you do.. :P

But BAHHH these are too cute and cool! And individually, cheap! I can pace myself with these guys and still be able to eat! :D

Crankstart really looks like Toxitron from the promo CGI images.

Bruticus[/i]
Pred[b]icus

You can get over it. At least they didn't call him Beastcon, they tried to preserve some heritage.

im no fan of these things but someone in kreon clearly LOVES TF as its got some of the most obscure fan favourites in there.

spinister for instance.

kinda sad though that they probably represent the best example of combiners out there now though !

:D

loving that superion.

Superion and Predaking? Sold already!

Scorponok looks awesome, I'll definitely be looking for QuickslingSlingshot, and WARPATH. Shut up and take my money Hasbro. Just give me a FoC Warpath and I'll be a happy collector. Gotta ask though, what's up with Silverbolt there? xD He appears to not have wings. ._.;

I have no problem with them calling it Predacus,

Mostly because Predaking sounds like the evolved form of Pedobear. Gotta catch'em all!

Frankly neither name is appropriate. Preda=Predator. What animals do cows prey on? 40% of the Predacons are herbivores :p

Hm, may need to get Scorponok. Not the best representation but he looks pretty solid for what he is.

Looks fun. Only if I can find them in the retails. So many times saw them in the cons and never in retails.

Predicus? What's up with Predaking? Loosing naming right again?

I probably won't be getting these, especially because I don't have any of the already released Kreons shy of the freebie from BotCon a couple years ago, but I do admit these Kreons are pretty sweet. And I especially appreciate that they worked in alt modes. Too bad their 3rd Party Lego sets suck otherwise...

As far as the messed up names, would we rather they not get released at all without the proper name? I'm pretty sure Hasbro knows what they're supposed to be called, but for whatever reason they're unable to do so. Doesn't stop you from being able to call them Bob and Larry if you so choose.

i absolutely love how over sized Dirges cone head is and again loving the randomness of the characters there gonna be so much fun to collect.

I take it quickslinger is supposed to be slingshot.

Personally i just hope they don't redo the kre-o's that came in the construction kits .
