According to SuperHeroHype.com, Transformers the Movie 2: Rise of the Fallen, will be doing a portion of its filming in New Mexico. Here's a quote from the article from the Governor of of New Mexico, Bill Richardson:
Governor Bill Richardson today announced DreamWorks Pictures, Paramount Pictures and director Michael Bay will return to New Mexico to film major sequences for Transformers 2: Revenge of the Fallen. The next installment of the box office hit Transformers is expected to hit theaters next summer.
"Transformers was a huge success and I am pleased that DreamWorks, Paramount Pictures and Michael Bay have decided to return to New Mexico to film the second installment," said Governor Richardson.
