TFA found at Walmart! UPDATE!!! PICS!!!

I'm calling major bull.

I been keeping an eye out for these with all the sightings.

Maybe the hunt is in my blood, or maybe I keep forgetting that I have them all preorderd.

Which ever it is, nothing in Jersey yet.

As for the whole Grimlock issue, it's pretty comon for a figure from an upcoming wave to sneek in alittle early.

I think most people didn't want to believe.. i.e myself. guess i'll make a walmart run today.. i doubt i'll find anything though.. when some of the movie figures were being put on the shelves early, i found a leader prime, didn't have enough money, ran home to get more, came back, got it, then at the register they said that it wasn't in the system yet and shouldn't have been on the shelves, i was P O'd

Go figure(no pun intended), I have alot of money saved up and BAM, need to get my car fixed tomorrow. But if it's just wal-mart then no thanks. Too far for me to go but if theres any reports for Target then yea I'd go.

Though...this proves one thing... the rumors of Voyager Prime (wave 2) being delayed, seems to be true.

That's waves 1 and 3 that both sellers on eBay have. Wave 2 included Optimus.

I don't see any problem with believing that that was a lie.. seeing as the "Official" release date was June 22.

I don’t see how you come up with that.

Like I already said, BBTS will be getting Grimlock in with the rest of the first wave and some people found the movie toys months before they came out.

The full release of this line is a few measly weeks away, it was very possible and I was right.

Just an FYI, TFA toys have also turned up in Indiana. I purchased BB & Ratchet at the Hobart/Merrillville Wal-Mart. Here's pix of the toys, receipt, & one of the boxes on a pallet at the store.

Hello everybody. Im new here, long time visitor but just wanted to let every body know that the walmart in Redlands was fully stocked with Animated as of 3am this morning (minus 1 of each figure)and enough to restock the shelves.

Awesomeness. Hopefully the stores in Florida start putting them out now.

Is it just me the only one who thought "Indiana Jones" instead of Indiana, USA ?

Animated has been found at Wal-Mart in Rancho Cordova, CA (Sacramento) as well. I had to meet up with a fellow collector to get him the Deep Space Starscream I got him yesterday. He gave me a call before we met up to say that he found Animated and was buying all he could for myself and another collector. My haul was:

Voyager Starscream
Voyager Lugnut
Voyager Megatron
Voyager Bulkhead
Battle Begins 2 pack
Deluxe Ratchet

I passed on Black Arachnia. Another collector got the rest - Bumblebee, Grimlock (take that doubters!), Lockdown, Deluxe Prime and Prowl. Pics below (take that again doubters!)

That seller on ebay is a friggin crook but I'm sure someone will buy them for that price.

I bought one of every one they had this morning but there was more left when I left. No endcaps or fancy displays, just tucked in among the movie-formers.

Today I went to 5 other Walmarts in the east Bay Area, no others had a trace of animated, just the Story Road location.

Not seeing anything in Columbus, GA so far. It'll be nice to see something new. I'm not going to get many of these, but I'll pick up a couple of them.

Update: I went back to the same Walmart at San Jose, CA Story Road later 06/01/08 at around 9:30 Pacific time. I figured there might be something else out due to re-stocking or store recovery.

When I left it was pretty picked over. There were 3 Bulkheads and 1 Starscream left. I searched the other toy sections for mis-placed items, but nothing. I will check again at that location tomorrow.

I was searching everywhere for Lockdown. Nothing yet. I'll post when/if I find him.

I found everyone mentioned at the sightings in Nevada and California. I also found Premium Jazz, Barricade, Optimus Prime and Megatron at Wal-Mart. Here is my proof:

Note: They were still in their boxes and they had them on the floor. I noticed the Hasbro boxes saying "TFA Animated Deluxe, Voyager or Battle Pak" on their sides.
