They are Hero X exclusives which is the Japanese version of club exclusive figures. So, like with club exclusives, you need someone with a membership to buy them first and then sell them back to you. BBTS has done that and here is the fee they charge for their troubles: http://www.bigbadtoystore.com/bbts/prod ... ode=retail

And while you might think that price is nuts, it was one of the only ways to get them if you werent in japan and it is now sold out.
