I've always wanted a bus TF!
I don't know why, I just always thought it was a vehicle they were sorely missing.
I've got one on preorder now. Thanks for the tip.

It's a shame that Hasbro couldn't provide. Oh well, I'll slap a sticker on him and display him with the rest.

Pretty darn excited, though. Plus, the sword and head sculpt are somewhat reminiscent of Drift.

Aside from the fact that the guy who designed this also designed the Nike Shoe figures, nothing.
But a site sponsor wanted up to post it, so we did.

It's also a transforming bus/robot. I think a lot of people on this site like robots that transform into things, whether they are officially Transformers, or just transforming figures.
I love the idea of a transforming bus. I always wanted a story about a group of autobots that got the short end of the stick when it came to alt modes. A bus was always one I would have put in it. A golf cart would also be a good one for that story. Oh yeah.. a refrigerator too

But yeah, I can see Hasbro making a new character from this. Bus-tron? Naw, that ain't gonna work. Can anyone think of a good name?
Here's a few I've got with my friend's comments. (F)
One-Way (F: What? Me: Ya know like one way trip?)
Buster (F: LOL)
Broadside (F: Pretty appropriate)
Joint (F: Oh I see wat u did thare! Me: Ah crap.)
Wait, Doesn't the box say Bend-way? (F: Great, thanks for wasting my time)

Are either of these posts necessary? No.

Still waiting for someone to make a Signal Lancer, dammit.

While I admit I'm very interested in the originality considering HasTak has never, ever designed one of these (and the headsculpt looks very nicely Autobot-ish), the model shown here is horribly kibble-laden. I really have no idea how far articulation will be affected in the end, but look at those massive panels hanging off Bendway's upper and lower arms, not to mention those trunk-legs :/

Not cool dude. I've been in america most of my life, but I am a german citizen & most of my family is still there. Not all Germans were supporters of the Holocaust you know. In fact most people that were able to fled Germany so as not to be part of it.

I'm sorry I should know better, thanks for bringing me back in line CP.
I want to apologize to those that felt even slightly offended by my post, especially since I'm part of staff and I should set some kind of good example.

GuyIncognito wrote:Looks cool and the price is affordable for me, but I'm worried about the scale. It sounds really small. But the description is confusing because it says it's the same scale as Matchbox cars, but then also says it's the same scale as Deluxe Bonecrusher from the movie. Those both can't be true. If it was to scale with Deluxe Bonecrusher, it would be Voyager sized, and way bigger than Matchbox car scale.
They're not saying it's the same size as those 2, but in scale relation to real vehicle down sizing.

I think they mean the bus mode is scaled properly to sit beside a Matchbox car and be in scale. Since a mustang is substantially smaller than a bus and a Matchbox car is less than half the size of Deluxe Bonecrusher I beLIEve.

"Well son, he has to."
"Why?"
"Being a giant sentient robot that changes into a lame mode of mass transit makes him a target for ridicule and bullying."
*sniff-sniff* "EWWWWW Daddy, what is THAT?"
"Apparently *cough* one of the primary weapon systems *cough* is the ability to instantly *cough* empty the on-board latrine..."
