. I'll wait for this one and the minibots for pre-order on HobbyLink Japan, their prices are much better than BBTS (at least to send to Portugal). I'll send them an e-mail later today. I'm enjoying more and more these Encore releases at every new release they annouce. And I'm wondering if they could reissue Sky Lynx maybe they can do Shockwave as it was also from ToyCo or whatever. Here's hope for Wheeljack, Rumble, Frenzy, Mirage and whatever they can do more!

Wow, I'm surprised with the Omega Encore. Good for everyone who needs one.

I guess my G1 collection is at the point where I have almost everything I want (minus a few headmasters), so it doesn't help me. A part of me thinks about getting the reissue anyway, but my Omega is in good shape, so it would really just be a waste of money.

I am totally confused how they are able to get this mold for a reissue. I wonder if they bought the mold from ToyBox way back when or what happened. Inquiring minds would love to know! Either way ... this is exciting. I'd love to own a C10 Omega Supreme. He has always been one of my favorite toys. I even traded Jetfire for him in 4th grade, which really pissed off my Mom. Whoops! That's alright though because I ended up getting the Jetfire you see in this gallery totally mint and complete for $55 with stickers unapplied along with a C9 Blaster which was part of that $55.

WOW! I wish I started back then, like how some of you did. At least there doing the encore's. I can actually collect all the G1. You have to remember to that its made by TAKARA, the shipping cost to ship them here, also the stores that buy it. I bet you Hong Kong or Japan will sell OS for $45 or $60 the most or even less. I'm shocked, surprised and elated.
However, as old Omega isn't on my list and he is a 100$+ figure, I'll have to pass. I am glad, however, that he is getting rereleased as it shows just how unafraid of rereleasing big toys TakaraTomy are....maybe we'll see Scorponok in the future?

Awesome, I never thought I'd own an Omega Supreme - this is fantastic.

And yay for the mini bots sets, I missed the TFC one.

If Takara Tomy got the rights to make Skylynx and Omega Supreme does that mean the possibility of a Shockwave reissue has increased?

I just wish more Decepticons would get reissued, my G1 collection is getting abit one sided.

Ah yes, they should give Omega Supreme a face. They did it with Ironhide and Ratchet. So Omega cardboard cut out isn't too much to ask.

On a different note- does anyone know if Omega Supreme was ever released in Japan under the Transformers label? Wasn't he one of the few that never got released?

There is a GOD! Omega Supreme?! But, I'm not surprised, the moment they displayed Sky Lynx(a Toybox product all the more fueled my suspicions that this Guardian was in the pipe-line)I'm wondering though, how come Bumble B has the ring like thingie is on his left shoulder? This isn't the key chain Bumble B right? I own the original TFC#9 and it also included Gears and Bumble B didn't have the ring.

Yeah, but that's the price you pay most of the time. Omega has been out of production since like 1985 or something, so he's an expensive buy no matter what. It's always more expensive to collect the older figures as opposed to the movie toys which are still cheaply available or recent lines like Cybertron, which you can still largely get cheap on the secondary market.

BBTS hurts more since they are a lil overpriced, but I gladly pay a lil extra for the peace of mind that goes with ordering from there. However, due to pile of loot, I never get to actually see anything, since I haven't asked for my pile of loot to ship in about 6 or 7 months.

Yes, it is humungous right now. My GF will have a heart attack whenever I have it ship. :grin:

I must be the "odd man out" then, cuz even though I had a buncha stuff preordered I cancelled most of it (even Sky Lynx, which makes me cry) because I just couldn't afford it and I've become, unfortunately, unemployed.
