I keep thinking that's what they should've did with all three teams. Sell Slingshot and Dead End in the legends class instead of Powerglide and Blackjack. Slingshot is the smallest jet anyway, and I think people wouldn't have minded the size difference and new members as long as they could get the whole original lineup for each goup.

Not that complex. Flattop's transport is strictly a vehicle and doesn't even have it's own name, let alone sentient. Brainstorm consists of two distinct characters: the body, Brainstorm and the head, Arcana. Unless it's the Japanese version, then the body really is just a vehicle ("Transtector") and the head is the character.
Anyway, Off-Road's bio is interesting, he sounds like a politician. Careful, Motormaster, he might be gunning for your spot. Either that or he's a well trained Autobot spy.
Rook must be pretty happy that the guy he's replacing is still on the team.

They'll be labelled as Combiner Wars 1-4 (Wave 2 was Combiner Wars 5-8) but will in fact be RiD 9-12 (as Wave 2 was really RiD 13-16)

No, I mind. I like the Powerglide we got, Blackjack is a new character(somewhat)as I like new characters, and Slingshot is DEAD. You wouldn't have the "original" lineup for Menasor by making Deadend as a legends. Because Wildrider doesn't exist in the comics.

That sucks. I would rather have the comics. Maybe I should return mine with the cards when I see the comic ones at retail?

I just looked it up and it appears he did make a few appearances, but just randomly disappeared from the comics. Presumably dead.

I don't see any evidence that it is still around. I think it is dead, and the fact that it has been replaced pretty much backs that up. Just waiting for the carcass to show up randomly like with Sling shot.

You know, I was digging the whole comics in package thing...
UNTILL I opened my Rattrap a couple weeks ago... Dang comic in his had NO RATTRAP IN IT AT ALL
The comic was totally unrelated to him, not even one panel.

I noticed the head for some reason looks like the one from TFA wild-rider
And also the my version came with the card but it was stated above that the US versions came with a comic book
Maybe the Walmart closest to me had the wrong batch

I got CW wave 2 over the weekend, boy combined Menasor really is a mess. Blackjack refuses to stay on his chest, I had to Blu-Tak it on.

The re-releases in Wave 2 come with the comics.

Naw, the first ones were the international release because the CW comics were not ready. It's been discussed a lot in this thread, if you want to take a gander back through the pages. I don't blame you if you don't.

Kinda glad I passed on Menasaur. I wasn't impressed with Motormaster, that's a lot of grey plastic.
