I am wondering if Takara will milk the hell out of this Bumblebee mold. I am kinda wondering if they'll come out with a Wasp, Glyph, Bugbite, or maybe even a Goldbug. It seems like something they'd do. I'm a big Wasp/Waspinator fan so that's the one I'm anticipating.

Already happening(the Lambor mold, MP-10,Seekers). Just waiting for a retooled BB for CJ.

Nice figure still awaiting cliffjumper figure to be made not bumblebee repaint , takara should make repaint him in classic colors two black stripes down middle for next repaint of this action figure

A Blue one and a white one would be the obvious cash cow for the KO makers you'd think - especially with a more aggressive face for Bugbite and a the battle mask for Glyph.

But then you'd think someone would say "Have you seen Slicer" to them too - as they'd sell a lot of that too if they could make that too.

But the recoloured Bumblebee's would be easier as it's just a straight colour swap job.

I would actually PREFER to own a KO G2 Sideswip with the proper head over the one with the official oddly changed one - I much prefer the more restrained head - I suppose I'm in the opposite position to some in that I want one with the incorrect parts. But then I also prefer the KO Sideswipe head too - the Official one looks like one of the designers copied a human likeness of one of their friends onto a robot and it looks as much Japanese human look as G1 Galvatron does too. Red Alert has no such issue so again I prefer Sideswipe to not look quite so Japanese as the official one does.. as it's not like it's an established likeness for him to look like that - so I consider the Official Takara version to be well "wrong" looking.

I would love to see Bugbite, Glyph, Wasp, and possibly Tailgate retools. I especially would love to see Glyph and Wasp.

I really am doubting at this point that Takara will release an MP Cliffjumper.

I am also kinda disliking how G2 Bee looks now. I used to like the gold color, but in higher quality pictures like the one above, I can tell that it looks like just gold plastic rather than paint. I really want to get original Bee but he is just too pricey just for Spike or Daniel or whoever he is. I want this mold so bad though.

And don't loose hope! MP Clffjumper may still be in the plans, but don't expect the car mode to look like the original Super-Deformed toy. It worked out for Bumblebee, but for Cliff:

If it was, then most likely it's been cancelled since that was two years ago. That "leak" came out in early 2014.

I noticed that one of the images I posted above disappeared. Weird how every time I post that old leak picture of "MP Cliffjumper", it vanishes. Whatever. It's annoying.

Anyway, I just figured out probably why they chose the vehicle mode for MP Bee that they did over the G1 alt mode! Since the model they used is a longer and less "squished" vehicle, maybe they did this to plan ahead and more easily do a Cliffjumper retool? I can totally see this...



Being retooled into this...



But NOT from this vehicle.



See what I mean? Maybe this means hope of a Cliffjumper after-all. Of course, they would have to squish the Porsche a bit just to fit the aesthetic, but it's not impossible!

TFormers don't allow hotlinking. It worked for you initially because it was in your cache. Guessing you restarted your computer thus when you came back, it was no longer in your cache.

It's still there though so it definitely hasn't disappeared. It's just your computer.

Why does this thread keep getting necroed? Let it die in peace! The MP Megatron and Cliffjumper rumor was debunked years ago. Why not start a NEW thread on speculation for an upcoming MP Cliffjumper instead? Every time this pops up, some poor sod is going to think something FINALLY came of the rumor, only to find it was all bunk to begin with.

Thanks! I made the contrast on the legs and arms higher to give it a chrome finish look. This is actually my second digibash, with my first being "Combiner Wars Scoop". I didn't like that one very much because the pictures I chose were not very good. I hope Takara comes out with both an MP Glyph and Cliffjumper!

Just like MP Shockwave appeared around the re-release of Quakewave and the appearance of Quakeblast (around this time last year right?).. I'm glad I waited, and I guess I'll be selling off Apollyon. Kibble free legs, multiple faces, compact cannon, it's like they combined the best of Mightron and Despotron!!

I agree with all this. Not sure if I should sell my appolyon though, I really like how beefy he is as well as all those sweet acessories and the alt mode looks better. What to do

IDEA!! MAKE APOLLYON INTO PRE-UNICRON MEGATRON!! You know, when he's all beat up and floating through space?!

OR a completely (to quote Ratchet) "R & R'ed" Apollyon would be awesome. Just fully tightened and proper and stuff. Maybe make some of the areas cleaner and get everything to stay together properly... Maybe I'll keep him JUST to do that, but then again, I could just keep him in alt-mode!

Those prototypes look promising, except for the crooked gun barrel part. Definitely hoping this is real though.

These are exchanges within the department. "Gun not being straight" sounds more like a remark to point out a problem that should be fixed before production begins.

looks good if it were real.. been ogling the 3rd party variants out and between the fact there's too much official product i need to buy still and the fact that it seems that taker come round to releasing the toys I want anyways...

I would like takara to give like a 20 $ off discount to whoever owns the original mp megs due to all its problems.
