Thanks to a heads up from Seibertronian Sabrblade, we have news that the long awaited Rescue Bots Academy Season 2 Trailer is now live!

The Season 2 trailer is 90 seconds long, and gives us a look at the upcoming Rescue bots series, which centers around a group of young new recruits. Following the fact that this is Season 2, the season will focus in on the 2nd year of the recruits training, where each recruit is paired up with a Mentor, which includes the likes of Heatwave, Bumblebee, and Grimlock! We also see that Hot Shot has a lot going on, and it looks like he is set to be a stand out in season 2.

Sadly, there is no sign of Ratchet and Perceptor yet, who are both supposed to be in this new season.

It seem like we are getting a story arc thanks to episode 12.

Speaking of things to keep your little bots occupied, Hasbro is offering something for the younger fans. On their Instagram page, they offered a free, downloadable coloring page for parents to print that lets kids color in Optimus Prime and Hot Shot from the Rescue Bots Academy show. The picture is mirrored below, and you can download it for your kids (or yourself, no judgement ) by clicking on the picture.

Greetings Seibertronians. Today we bring you somber news as it appears that Rescue Bots Academy is coming to an end. One of the creators of the hit show have taken to twitter to thank all those that have worked on the series over at Boulder Media.



This isn't just the end of the show though, but, unless Hasbro announce a continuation of sorts, this is the end of the Aligned Universe. Aligned started with the shows Transformers Prime and the original Rescue Bots, with the Activisions two Cybertron games also falling into this universes story line. Robots in Disguise 2015 carried the Prime storyline on until its own cancellation, leaving Rescue Bots and Rescue Bots Academy to fly the flag for Aligned.

Season 2 completed it's production and has had all of its episodes fully aired over in the UK, so it most likely ran its course.

Option #3: Several children looked it up on youtube, stumbled across the Police Academy cartoon by mistake, and were traumatized so badly that Hasbro decided to rebrand.

Cyberverse is wrapped too so wonder if this means anything for Boulder Studios or if that's reading too much into it.

Real shame. As kiddy as it is, I still admire what RBA did. Can’t wait for S2 to drop in the U.S!

Yucky? How can you think that the rest of the little bots are yucky looking? I think that all the characters were cute. Expect for the adults. I find them creepy.



And I’m sad that I never got to see Medix as an ambulance.
