AZ, the point the cons are making relates to the the iconic status of Soundwave, he was decepticon and never made it into the bot line. Had the Convoy alt been handed to the 'cons and not the 'bots there would be total uproar, even though the mold was used for Nemesis Prime, a character linked to G1.

Whilst im not a rabid fan of the uncharismatic bore there are those who are, and very well known ones here too, and I can understand and sympathise with hem being a bit pissed he was given away.

Im guessing it was just an innocent mistake, lets hope its rectified soon.

I understand that, I'm not arguing that. I'm arguing there should be more alts that are spread through the different factions. It's a a greedy request since the preds have a lot of crappy alts.

But, he did ask me to name a Soundwave repainted into a bot or maximal, and there was.

Yea, there's no anger or anything. I'm sure we all understand because of the great HMW crash of 2008, lol.

It's just frustrating seeing the Autobots running around with canon-specific alts to match their names...and the cons, not so much. That's why it's so frustrating seeing bots with Soundwave on top of all the other proper alts they have....


So, the next rotation will be on Friday, right?

the thing with cybertron soundwave is that he's not the cassette player alt. AFAIK that cassette player has never been repainted as a bot. autobot's have ghetto blasters, cons have walkmans

and CD-redalert has been repainted into megatron.... but that wasn't my point, that alt(and others, like Flak dammit!) where won in a tournie! we won them fair and square.

Yeah, I wasn't using the royal we. Atleast I don't think I was. I've been reading the forum a lot, so I've had to take a quite a few drunks.

Not only has the 1 week rotation been offcially adopted, but we are currently in a 3 day rotation period until all the possible iterations have been run through once, to give everybody a chance to get their prefered alts back (where possible, as a Pred, Im still screwed for a lot of my charecters, but c'est la vie).

I'm a bit behind on everything!
