This guy is pretty cool looking. I'd like to seem them retool this mold a couple times to make a small insecticon team.

He's actually better than what I was expecting.
I like the alt mode. Robot mode .. eh, it could have been worse.
I count at least 8 ball joints, that has to be a record for a scout.

I agree, but that makes me want it more! I love the "ugly" transformers (Animated excluded), and I love the bug-formers (Thank you Beast Wars. So this is totally something I could enjoy!

The color scheme could have used more black, orange, chrome and purple. I know it would be a kickback but they could have added some shrapnel or even a bombshell to this figure. Oh well . . .

Its neat looking, diffently will buy, I plan on buying all the transformers this year. (including the dirty Mudflap...I just cant wait for July 1st to pick up the Masterpiece Grimlock.)

No. Not even close. In the film Sam holds it between thumb and finger. It should be smaller than your fingertip.
I thought we'd left behind the days of TFs standing up and rearranging the limbs and calling it a transformation.
