Takara Tomy has updated their website with new information on Transformers.
Firstly, the official toy page for Transformers ROTF EZ Collection G1 Colour Movie Devastator.
This is the repaint version of Transformers EZ Collection Devastator, paying homage to it's G1 counterpart. The toy is scheduled to be released in middle of March 2010.

Next, to promote the launch of Transformers Animated toys on 27th March 2010 in Japan, special edition EZ Collection figures will be given away.
1) Defender Optimus Prime - Exclusive to Edion, Bic Camera & Yodobashi Camera stores
2) Demolishor Shanghai Attack - Exclusive to Japan Toys R Us
3) Infiltrator Soundwave - Exclusive to Amazon Japan & Yamada Denki
