The street date for the Wal*Mart Exclusive Masterpiece Skywarp in the United States was November 1st. We are a couple days past that, and we have what seems to be the first sighting of the figure within the country. Thanks to Hicks_Royel of TFW2005, who spotted and purchased the figure at a Kentucky Wal*Mart. Skywarp goes for the decent price of $60 US. This doesn't seem to be an isolated incident, so check your local Wal*Marts Seibertronians!

He spent a lot of money on the figures but he has what appears to be an CRT monitor. Oh well, I would have bought Skywarp now anyways and waited till Black Friday to upgrade the monitor. :grin:

Great news for the US fans!

Suprisingly, this is one of the first instances of a figure actually being cheaper in Canada. It's $59.92 here, and as everyone knows, our dollar isn't valued as high as the USD.

I still have a CRT monitor too. :p I'd much rather spend my money on new figures than a nice looking monitor, if my old one still works fine.

I checked a couple of Wal-Marts in my area (Algonquin and Elgin) and didn't see anything new so far.

Just checked with my three local Wal-Marts, and all of them have requests in for around 30 figures, but they don't have an ETA. I'll keep calling every day this week.

Yeah I'm in CAnada and I got mine almost two weeks ago from my local Wal-mart. He's the first Masterpiece figure I got and for 60 bucks I feel like a got a good deal. I also like that Hasbro didn't cheap out on this figure and kept all the accessories.

No luck in Tinley Park, IL Wally World

Same goes for Schererville, MErrilville and Hammond, IN

Ran the SKU number and warehouse shows zero, but multiple stores got in multiple truck loads of toys today.

Correct me if I am wrong, but I believe you just need the number that is listed on the receipt. When I was trying to track down alternator ravage at Walmart years ago, they told me the UPC number on the box was not used in their system. Rather, it is their own number that appears on the receipt.

Just use the number that is in the picture of the receipt and I believe that will work.

Ran SKU number in Merrillville, IN yesterday and in Tinley Park, IL today and nothing shows.

It exists as a number with quantity showing zero in warehouse and no store near me having any.

So now I guess we play the waiting game and see what happens.

It kills me, for once I want to be first on the block to have something lol

I just got back from walmart in Palmdale, CA. and had them look up the item number. they showed 24 coming in tonight or tommorow!!! looks to be on the west coast...atleast in the next day or so...

I love the character art on the side of the box. It just may be the only U2.0 character art that doesn't have "disinterested surprise" for an expression.

sidenote: I can't even drive around right now & search for him freely - my front license plate was stolen last nite. And just my luck all the DMVs in LA are closed every Fri. of Nov. Isn't that just great? Filed a police report this AM and I made a dmv appt. for Monday though. :-(

Good idea. It'll have to be in a day or two. I need to see if Walmart is gonna stock another one, I took the only 2 they had. I would be willing to sell it to someone here for a little bit extra.

I'll probably call the Walmarts in the area tomorrow to see if they will be getting anymore in stock. Because this has been such a great place for me, I'm willing to personalize shipping, as in, anyone who wants it, just give me your zipcode so I won't charge extra for that, but I need to make some profit off them, only 5 bucks though. I'm guessing if anyone would want one, I have to make a thread in Carbombya

while i dont particularly like this version only cause im a fan of the high gloss takara i will be getting this for my 8 year old nephew as a reward for helping me keep my collection and his in order and dust free. just hope i can find it.

You're getting an MP figure for an 8 Year old? I'm sorry, but that doesn't make much sense. I teach 3rd grade and I wouldn't trust any of those kids with one of my Movie toys let alone the brittle as hell MP Seeker mold. Hell, I bet there are a ton of adults who would snap off a wing within the first 5 minutes.

He's started popping up in my neck of the woods (Oklahoma), though I have yet to see him in person. I'm torn, I already have the Takara version, but I like the cartoon accurate deco on this guy.

The hunt is over! i found 5 cases on a palette tonight in Lancaster, CA.

They were going to go back in the back because they arent due to hit the floor till week 41 the lady said. but she let me buy 2 of them!
