Oh! Why didn't you just say that? :-P
Maybe I should have said things I'm looking forward to getting next year. I didn't get Shockwave by the end of 2015, therefore he's a figure I'm planning to get this year.

Wow, I missed a lot! sorry i missed the party all... :(

But here is me chiming in at at last:

Transformers Figure of the Year 2015
Favorite 2015 Transformers: Combiner Wars/Unite Warriors
Rook. Great transformation, great head, awesome articulation, nice weapon and accessory storage. awesome combiner arm. total win.

Favorite 2015 Transformers: Robots in Disguise/Adventure
Gotta say my favorite was Drift. simple transformation that accomplished so much and looked so good. Nice and awesome looking too. Weapons storage! Loved it.

Favorite 2015 Transformers: None of the Above Figure
I got Generations Brainstorm in January. I love him to death. Great looking bot, Frikkin Headmaster!! YES!!
In case he is not counted: Nightbird.

Favorite 2015 Transformers Masterpiece Figure (Hasbro or Takara)
Wheeljack. He looks amazing, captures the character beautifully. awesome looks, function and form.

Favorite 2015 Transformers Exclusive Figure
No real comment here.

Favorite 2015 Transformers Comics-moment
Brainstorm in issue 38 of MTMTE. the time travel tale closes out very dramatically, and it changes Megatron forever.

Favorite 2015 Transformers TV/Film-moment
The ending of RiD #26 when the bots power up. that was something cool to me.

Favorite 2015 Transformers Game
Devastation wins hands down.

Favorite 2015 Transformers Moment Overall
Defensor and the realization of my dream to own him. Very special

What you're looking forward to in 2016 for Transformers
Headmasters. we go from combiners to headmasters! awesome technologies that really need the attention. so glad to see them all coming :BOT:

Everyone keeps saying that Devastation is their favorite TF video game of 2015. But what other options are there, really? There's Battle Tactics I guess, but it's no contest by that point.

I'm not saying people shouldn't like Devastation, just that to me, it feels a little cheap to say it's the best TF game of 2015 when it's really the ONLY TF game of 2015.

We looked at the various mobile games too, but yeah - it did sort of win by default.
However, people wanted to write about it, and I liked the writings, so I included them! :D

Fair enough. And to be completely honest, I haven't played the game yet (I don't want to buy it, but I work too much in the evening to justify renting it), so my opinion may be biased. But at least I'm not too far off about it's default status! :D

Kinda gotta argue with this guy here. Takara Defensor should be no where near #1. That thing was underpainted, glossed over, and the paint work on Hasbro's was far superior. Plus Rook and legends Groove worked out really well, and the only reason he probably gave that combiner the #1 is because of Groove, whom to me was not enough to overcome other things just beating Hasbros, let alone other figures :BOT:

Yeah, I could see Superion - as that was pretty landmark, but definitely not the underpainted TT Defensor =;

Which honestly is not enough. That would be like giving Menasor first place for having Wildrider being a wholely takara exclusive mold if he was, and that just doesn't work :BOT:

I think he just preffers the Hasbro Megs. I do too. I like the red since it adds contrast and detail and is an awesome homage to the toy. I never saw the show model as being silver anyway so a full silver toy wouldnt work for me. Silver and red is a killer combo though.

I'm not saying I prefer the takara version. I far and away love the hasbro version. Just given his love of takara I was slightly surprised that the legends version was not used :BOT:

I dont think its really that he loves Takara. I think he is just like me, I like what I find looks better. In most cases its Takara, deservedly so. But with Megatron it was a nice difference. One wasnt better than the other, they were just different, and he went with the one he thinks worked best. Same one I would pick even though I usually favour takara for their attention to detail.

I feel the red on leader Megs just sets the figure off so well. To me Megatron is silver with black and red detailing. What surprised me the most from Hasbro's leader Megatron was all that glorious silver paint. I was kinda expecting it to just be that swirly silvery plastic.

I haven't been in this game hardcore for very long, but I feel 2015 was a great year for figures. I know CW was all samey same, but overall I feel we got some very diverse stuff.

I'm with you. I didn't really care about collecting until DotM came out, so I'm not that experienced either. and all that silver paint was wonderful :BOT:

I don't even think this is enough to justify the pure awesomeness that is Leader Megs and is paint. :D :BOT:

The Freddery dislikes Alpha Bravo (though he's a good man, really).
