What's up with the whacky Decepticon symbol that has never been used before? Seems like Autobot and Decepticon symbol tampos should be fairly straightforward at this point.

Where do you see it?
Think they might be referring to the one on Galvy's shoulder

It does look a little... off, somehow. Also it's a movie one which alone usually annoys me, but especially so in this set where Rodimus has a normal non-movie Autobot logo

Something to note: I spoke with 3/4 of the Hasbro Transformers team members that were present at Botcon. They really didn't know much about Platinum past the key talking points. Maybe this indirectly confirms my hunch that overseas units are coming up with the content of these sets?

Thanks, and yeah that would make sense. But then that would mean that overseas cares about G1 reissues, which is something I wouldnt have thought. But hey, as long as I get more, I'll be happy. I am still really wondering why Takara hasnt continued with reissues. They've been reissuing toys for years on end, so why the 2-3 year lul?

Fellow Seibertronians, we bring you an update to the Hasbro floor display of from Botcon. The gallery can be found
here, and includes photos of the Armada of Cyclonus - which features a brand new head for one of the Sweeps - the Autobot Heroes set, and the Planet of Junk set, among others. So check out the gallery and let us know what you think of these new figures in the comments below.

I am not a G1 fan, please treat my opinions as such.

One thing that I love about the Autobot Heroes set is that they are not half clear plastic. That Decepticon set with Cyclonus and the Sweeps just doesn't appeal to me. And plus, I would rather have the newer Sweeps and Cyclonus.

I have all those Autobots already. BUT!
You can never have too many Sweeps. Plus the look better than that the Titan master on anyway IMO!

...if you are fine about an earth mode instead of their classic soap bar mode.

Personally, I like the soap bar.
(Just remember to not drop the soap. You will be forever made fun of Seibertronians everywhere.)

I'm curious to know what the king of memes known as Shajaki has to say about this overly-used Internet joke.
