Since no one seems to care about level 4's and we're treated like the unwanted middle child, I thought we could have our own spot.

i have 3 that could be in the level 5+ club, but also i have levels 4, 3 and 2 (only 1, soon level 3 too)... so im not sure which club i fit better xD ^^

Same here. 5 of my 7 cons are level 4(the others being 0 and 3). Level 4 is a great level to be at, not too weak to crumble under the higher levels and not overly strong for the lower levels(except l0 and early to mid l1) to be crushed.
