I, and many others, are tired of you constantly jumping on people who dare speak badly of the movies. Get over it and accept it. Don't make me discuss this with you again.

Alright i do apologize on my part but i will say that i don't mind that people don't like the movies but i just hate it when they decide to just make **** posts that are outrageous.

Hands down one of the worst movies ive ever seen. they all sucked, but this one took the cake. Im glad i never paid to see these movies.........

uh, the story was pathetic, dinobots were in it for 20 secs, the acting was some of the worst ive every seen, and i like markey mark. The new designs sucked. The humor was toilet humor. Wtf was that supposed to be galvatron? he didnt anything in the movie!
basically the writers of these movies should be shot, and bay needs to be run over by a G1 mack truck version of prime. and if u tell me those arent reasons, u know nothing about film.

U liked the movie fine, but u know what, i bet u when a real director and writer does TF u will look back at these bay movies and laugh at how bad they were.

For the first time ever, it wasn't.

This movie was the first and only one of these four films to be virtually devoid of toilet humor. Heh, even the movie's main character was an advocate of decency.

Galvatron did do something. He started an entire Decepticon uprising. For the past 5 years, there had been no true Decepticon order. Just a bunch of refugees running around Earth, being hunted by Cemetery Wind. Now, the Decepticons are back to at least some semblance of power. And the humor wasn't toilet humor. I can't think of a single joke that was.

And yes, I do like ROTF. So, using that as an "insult," doesn't bother me at all. I'm trying my best to be calm about this.

the only thing missing from this trailer is how the autobots keep saying they want to kill humans and that the transformers look absolutely nothing like transformers anymore, but other than that it summed things up pretty good. funny....i loved how they pointed out 2 mistakes i never noticed (the green screen monitors and the sears tower) and i saw this thing in IMAX. lol

kinda fitting to see this today as i recently bought this and will be watching tonight!

I always thought that the green screens were screens that the Cemetery Wind guys just hadn't activated yet.

after watching it tonight, i think that is the case. we see something like 5 or 6 green screens at first and then they launch a few of those probe/firefly thingies and then theres only 3 screens or so that are green still.

1. I would never had watched it in the first place if it was not posted here and i thought this was going to be funny as i like their other Honest trailers but nope just pathetic Bay bashing and not even talking about the robots.

Never besides Optimus saying that he would kill the person who killed his Autobots and melted them down so perfectly justifiable would you not want to kill the person who killed your friends/family at some point?

1. This is not a fact that's your opinion.

2. I think you need to relearn what seconds are they were in the movie for at least a decent time they just weren't explained that well.

3. Aside from the Boyfriend and Daughter's acting the acting in this movie was great mostly in Tucci, Marky Mark and Kelsey Grammar's performances even if you don't like the acting does not mean it was bad.

4. Once again that's your opinion i personally like how they look more human now that's good for the audience and i really loved Crosshair's trench coat.

5. Galvatron in purple looks rather silly in real life does it not? But i agree that his design is bad besides the hole in his chest and he was not meant to do anything in this movie because he is a setup villain for number 5.

I do agree with the first part i think only Crosshairs should of been like that i wished that Hound was just jolly and only trigger happy to Decepticons.


"Defend my family or die!" is hard to understand but Op is saying that Galvatron's forces/Lockdown/Creators would kill them all if they did not unite.

Baybashing is synonym with Transformers nowadays. Get used to it. It's been seven years of it, so it's normal.

Oh and it was a sarcastic remark. All the Transformer trailers, before or after the official theatrical and DVD releases are designed to make the movie look as appealing as possible. I'm grateful to see the Honest Trailer for it. Because it means that we got at least one funny thing out of Age of Extinction

There's also Optimus's very first lines of the movie being "I'll kill you!" which he spoke even before he realized where he was, meaning that he was threatening to murder the first people he'd come across no matter who they were.

Only reason he didn't was because the first people he did come across happened to be ones trying to calm him down rather than trying to kill him like the last ones he came across before going into stasis/hiding were. Had he instead woken up to a bunch of much more hostile humans, he'd have probably opened fire on them if only to at least defend himself.

Scene from "The Ultimate Doom, Part 2", in which Prime and Wheeljack convince the Dinobots to help out by simply pointing out the logic of "If you guys don't help, you'll be just as screwed as everyone else."

As for what else they could have done in this version to convince the Dinobots to help, a lot of this issue is rooted more in the writing of this scene, in which it's more of the filmmakers' fault for depicting the Dinobots more like savage beasts who'd need to be tamed rather than sentient beings who could be coerced through persuasion.

I'm not necessarily saying that the scene should have been changed to Optimus using logic and reason to rationally convince a troupe of eloquent-minded British-accented Dinobots to partake in a jolly good show of sportsmanship (however amusing that might have been ), but simply that the Dinobots didn't need to be reduced to mere animals to make the scene look cool.

Although I do concur with mirageandjazz1197's suggestion of "we will all perish", which does fit with the aforementioned coercion from "The Ultimate Doom".

To be frank, before the movie came out, I imagined Patrick Stewart as a potential candidate for the voice of Grimlock.
