Yes. Now go to your room and don't play with yourself.

Again, I feel compelled to ask this; what are these "plot holes," people keep finding in these movies?
First off -JazZeke wrote:Uh, duh.
****, beat me to it. And that's only the most recent, where they should have been able to iron out most of the wrinkles in the plot, but instead they just ignore everything for booms. And what was with having the Dinobots shown being frozen in the Arctic if they were on Lockdown's ship the whole time anyway? Totally and completely unnecessary.
Also, sorry Sly, but the Dinobots were bad, and you should feel bad.

Unfortunately
I like the action which is why I watch the movies in the first place plus I'm one of those guys who has no strong opinion on anything.

Uh, duh.
1. They probably weren't even using that device at the time. Eventually, they probably would have found Optimus, anyway. And obviously, the kind of barn that Cade has. Even so, Optimus was sitting down in the basement. They make it sound like he was standing straight up, 30 feet and all.
2. It was never established that the particles could defy gravity. They're still bound by physics. Just because they can glide through the air doesn't mean they can fly around all over the damn place.
3. Shane said the car was broken. I guess whoever the hell wrote this didn't even pay attention to the movie.
4. He got the ability to fly when he assumed his Knight mode, when he grabbed the sword aboard the Knight's Temenus. He didn't have the ability to do **** all along. Plus, there is no Linkin Park song in the movie, so this entire point is ****.
And for that last one, Optimus never says ONLY the Autobots can repair him. He says that they can, but Cade offers to do it, instead. Cade repaired him. He didn't repair himself by scanning the damn car, nor did they ever establish that that's what happened. It's just a bunch of people pulling things out of their ass to try to make up "plot holes," for the movie.
Even with all these "plot holes," there are tons of movies which are critically acclaimed that have many more. So, what constitutes as "bad writing," when the movie has less plot holes than supposed "good movies"?

However, I can partially agree, that many "plot holes" are result of problem with logic thinking (Aka famous "Optimus can be killed only by a Prime" theory, witch never had right to exist in a firce place). On the other hand, even if we ignore this, the movies are still illogical(just like most of explenations) even by action movies standards.

I know, it's a goddamn shame people have to make up "plot holes," just for the sake of talking **** about a movie. I know you wouldn't deny it today, seeing as though it's the "cool," thing to do, huh? To just sit around making **** up to exaggerate a movie's flaws, just because one person had a single thing to do with it. That is sad.

Kind of an ironic thing to say, no?
Incidentally, AoE also won awards in regards to product placement, including "Most" and "Worst":

Blind luck works for Harry Potter doesn't it? I don't know what you're talking about though, I don't recall Optimus ever getting saved by dumb luck.
