I once heard that Alpha Bravo was offered the Matrix before Orion Pax, but declined because he knew that his sheer awesomeness combined with the Matrix of Leadership would have immediately ushered in a Golden Age Utopia for Cybertron and the rest of the Galaxy and he felt that was just too easy for everyone.

I'm feeling the AB love. Not only that, but I like the look of Offroad too and he's going to be a welcome addition to my shelves too. But you know what? Once I get hold of Slingshot and Wildrider (or whatever they're going as these days) they won't be part of Superion and Menasor. But fear not, for Alpha Bravo and Offroad will be given a place of their own. They'll be honorary members of the Aerialbots and Stunticons respectively, and will be loaded up with as much weaponry as I can muster and posed on raised platforms next to the combiners looking totally badass. Same goes for Rook (providing we get a deluxe Groove somehow out of Takara).

The true origin for alpha bravo is that he is a alternative universe version of slingshot. Hes now volunteered to travel the different TF dimensions testing out dimension jump technologies.

I've been a fan since G1 was just called the Transformers.
I've no problem with Alpha Bravo. I always welcome new G1 Characters.
I always hated Slingshot. He was the Rattrap of G1 to me. Mouthy, horrible head design, annoying personality and grating voice.

My only problem with Off road is that they couldn't name him Ruckus.

I'm enjoying Combiner War though I don't like the Stunticons. I hate deluxe cars and I'm very happy with The Fansproject versions.
Though I will be picking up Off Road to use as Ruckus.

Otherwise my only issue is the face plates on Blackjack, Air Raid and Firefight. I'd prefer their animation faces.

Damn....I forgot about this monstrosity of a thread I created. :lol:

Anyways, were getting a proper slingshot and wildrider by popular demand so I believe the fans have spoken. Maybe we can get a more traditional groove too. And im sure Hasbro will pull the same crap with the technobots and eventually the combaticons. If we get enough reject limbs, it might be fun to combine them with CW Optimus or Cyclonus and form "Rejector".
