true, but from personal experience you need about 1,500,000 to make a good lvl 5. but theoretically if everyone made weak 5's it could be done, and would expedite the growth process

And you need about 1.9 mil to make a good strafer, which drops them down to level 4. But, with only about half the people above the watershed mark of 1.5 mil for a good level 5, pretty much everyone will be a good level 5 except for a couple of guys that are closer to being able to go to level 6.

I've been trying to point that out to people since the reset.

for 1,688,000xp everyone can make a 8str/3int/5speed/4end/2rank/7ram/6repair heavy repairer and EVERYONE would make tons of xp. the xp repairing plus all the rams would be nuts

when Airstorm Alpha get to that XP i will reset and build it i fact might try and get that now just leave off the rank and maybe one off ram and or repair
