In response to speculation on their blog that the character head we saw yesterday belongs to Kup, Shoot for the Edit site admin Nelson has responded to one post, "Wrong, no Kup." Whether this is true, or simply part of the Bay's "web of misinformation" for TF3 is yet to been seen.

We get TF's with buck teeth and hair surprises you?
I so want the franchise to get rebooted after this one and give us a live action film where they actually look like Transformers!!!
Saw Alpha Trion mentioned in the link to the other thread. Primus I hope not. He was a terrible cliche. The only TF who could pull off the beard look was Scourge.
We got more bots in ROTF but they were horrible non-TF looking things like the Twins, Scalpel and Wheelie. Shame cos I liked Wheelie's personality and the Twins didn't bother me personality wise.

Scourge, Wreck-gar, Unicron...transformers with hair isn't some new, alien concept. It frequently looks silly, but it's not new, and in the case of Wreck-gar completely fitting. Not necessarily going to look good in the movie, but I'm going to wait until we have more than a cardboard cutout before I pass judgement.

Good. With rumors of a Generations Kup, I'd much rather have one that is a true homage to the original character than some screwed up Bay Bot that doesn't even look like him.

I wasn't sure about the whole Stunticons either. I tend to lean towards them being of human origin-or totally new bots generated by a bit of the Allspark.

For some reason I think these guys are supposed to be Stunticons, but I wouldn't put it past Bay to do this.
As for the idea of "no Kup in TF3", I'm kind of "good" about it. I love the idea of a new Kup toy that's an entirely new figure and not the Wings of Honor remold of C-Red Alert, just not for the movieverse. I'd rather it happen for Generations. Maybe a post-Spotlight: Kup incarnation where the figure is a possible reconstruction of the old mech, or a straight up US version of Collection 20 (Targetmaster Kup, with his targetmaster figure and Wheelie).
My vote for the HOF goes to my favorite Transformer, Kup, to the Headmasters (who still need new figures that aren't just the characters without their master components) and to seibertron.com for for being the ultimate TF resource.

Well, Wheelie named himself so I personally don't consider him to be an attempt at the same Wheelie.
Anyhow, I thought Dr.Arkeville too! How strange, at least it's not Kup, it's just...NOT, all the other characters mostly fit who they're supposed to be(minus JetFire) but this would just NOT be Kup...
